At Majestic Teez "Your Print is Our Priority" and in order to be Majestic Teez ready here are a few things you need to know.
We do not accept deposit for jobs.Jobs must be payed in full when making your order. After job approval, most jobs will take 5 to 9 business days to be completed. We accept payments from all major credit cards, cash app, cash or zelle.
Terms and Conditions
We take full responsibility for any print that was not done properly. If a customer is unsatisfied with any prints they will be refunded in-full per item or the prints can be re-printed upon customer request. Customer has to notify us within 48 hours after receiving their product in order for us to refund or re-print.
Garment Policy: Not all garments are suitable for screen printing and embroidery so please contact us first before purchasing garments to ensure that it's printable. Clothing must be new and unwashed. If you provide garments, it will be at your own risk. Majestic Teez will not be held responsible for replacements. It is the customers duty to make sure to count the number of garments provided. Please note that we are not responsible for missing garments if customer is not physically present while the garments are counted by us. Please also note that there is a 5% ROOM FOR ERROR.
Dye Migration Warning – Polyester, Nylon, Pigment Dyed, Dye Sublimated fabric, Dye Migration occurs when the dye in the fabric of the garment sublimates and turns into a colored gas. It will then try to escape the garment and can get stuck in the ink that is applied on the garment. It will slowly permeate through and can discolor the ink slightly or completely depending on the garment itself as well as the print process. Darker colored garments are more likely to migrate (black, red, blue, etc.) Dye migration can appear hours or weeks after the ink is cured. Majestic Teez uses polyester inks and additives as well as barrier base inks to attempt to lower the chance of dye migration. However, Majestic Teez cannot control dye migration and the customer must accept the risk of dye migration when printing on these types of materials.
Cancellation Fees: If Customer cancels after garments have been purchased they will be responsible for the purchasing of the garments. Remaining deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days if deposit was made by check, paypal, debt or credit card.
Payment policy: Customer has 7 days after being notified that there order has been completed to make their payment, if payment is not made within the 7 days period there will be a storage fee of $5 per day.
