What forms of payment do you accept?​

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash app, Zelle and Paypal.



Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Shopping at majesticteez.com is safe. Our Safe Shopping Guarantee backs every credit card purchase you make at majesticteez.com, and our site is protected by SSL encryption technology.



Do you do back orders?

Majesticteez.com does not do back orders.



Can I combine multiple orders or add additional items to my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately we are unable to combine multiple orders or add additional items to an order once it has been placed. We are only able to cancel orders and/or cancel selected item(s) before the order has shipped and you must email us at majetsicteez@gmail.com to cancel your order. Once an order is canceled, it may take up to 24 hours before you are able to place a new order for the same items. Please note, if you cancel your order, you run the risk that your selected merchandise will be out of stock.

Do you accept refunds?

Currently we are not accepting refunds at this time but you are able to receive a store credit valid for 30 days.

 

I received Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item(s), what do I do?

Please contact us immediately via email majesticteez@gmail.com before you start the return process so we can help.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once is in transit.

Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on UPS, FedEx, USPS sites.

What is your shipping time frame?

It takes 2 to 3 business days to process payment.Once your payment has been process then your order will be shipped and usually takes 3 to 5 business .

Can I pick up an order?

Yes, a pick up can be arranged. Please contact us to make an arrangement.

Do you have a minimum quantity for screen printing and embroidery ?

We recommend Heat Transfer Vinyl printing for smaller quantity orders of 1- 9 pieces

 

Our minimum order for screen printing is 10 pieces and for embroidery is 12 pieces.

Please note that the more shirts ordered, the cheaper the price becomes.

How do I submit an order for screen printing and embroidery?

Do you offer rush services for screen printing and embroidery?

Yes we do rush service for screen printing but not for embroidery.

  • Rush Charges of 40% (3 - 4 Business days)

  • Rush Charges of 50% (2 Business days)

  • Rush Charges of 100% (1 Business day)

 

Revisions / Add ons to Existing Orders - Additional garments added to an order after its already approved ( new orders/re-runs ) will unfortunately no longer be accepted. A new PO for the add. pieces must be placed. If you feel the need to still submit a revised order please understand that your order will be placed on hold until ALL garments arrive and at that time a NEW ship date will be emailed to you. Your current ship date is no longer valid. * No Exceptions*

All goods being dropped off must arrive in boxes or bags, w/ provided packing slip, otherwise they will not be accepted.
